The annual meeting is the club’s highest authority. It is held each year by the end of March, in accordance with the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports (NIF) model rules and the club’s bylaws.
¶ Notice and proceedings
- Notice: The board gives eligible members at least one month’s notice by email and on the club website.
- Motions: Send proposals for consideration in writing to styret@vosshpk.no at least two weeks before the meeting.
- Meeting papers: The agenda, annual report, audited accounts, budget proposal, submitted motions and election committee recommendation should be made available to members at least one week before the meeting.
¶ Voting rights and eligibility
To vote or stand for elected office, a member must:
- Turn 15 during the calendar year.
- Have been a Voss HPK member for at least one month.
- Have met financial obligations to the club, including paying membership fees.
